Applying a mixture of legal expertise, creative problem solving, and business and client relationship skills, David enjoys representing clients facing unique, challenging circumstances.
David has represented clients of diverse industry backgrounds in a variety of commercial litigation cases, bankruptcy and restructuring matters and commercial transactions. Regardless of the client’s circumstances, David approaches each representation by prioritizing the business, financial, and personal interests of the client.
