JT Oldham is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, corporate advisory, and bankruptcy matters. JT’s experience includes representing individuals and corporations in a variety of settings, in the courtroom, arbitration, and in the day-to-day operations of their business. JT’s litigation experience involves both prosecuting and defending clients in various state and federal matters, including breach of contract actions, business torts, breach of fiduciary duties, securities fraud, Qui Tam actions, lender liability and collection cases. JT’s experience as in-house counsel involves advising clients on the day-to-day operations of their business including risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, due diligence on asset acquisitions, and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Okin Adams LLP, JT was the Vice President and Corporate Counsel for a private equity real estate investment group, as well as, General Counsel for a specialty steel distribution company. In private practice, JT was an Associate at two boutique commercial litigation firms here in Houston.
