Timothy L. Wentworth is an attorney that has specialized in bankruptcy matters for over 30 years. Mr. Wentworth’s has represented clients in over 1000 bankruptcy cases over his career, successfully representing debtors in chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases, and creditors seeking to maximize their recovery in bankruptcy cases. His primary focus has been representation of bankruptcy trustees who are responsible for ensuring compliance by debtors with bankruptcy law. Mr. Wentworth has regularly handled the investigation and prosecution of matters involving fraud, misappropriation of assets, falsified records, false oaths and the like. He has also represented creditors in connection with prosecution of claims, litigation regarding the automatic stay and confirmation of bankruptcy plans. Prior to joining Okin Adams, Mr. Wentworth was with the law firms of Cage, Hill & Niehaus, LLP, Woodard, Hall & Primm, P.C. and a judicial law clerk to the Honorable United States Bankruptcy Judge Letitia Z. Paul.
